Temperature Control
Insecticide aerosols should be stored in an environment with a suitable temperature. Excessive temperature may cause changes in the chemical composition of the aerosol, thus affecting its insecticidal effect. Therefore, the warehouse should be equipped with air conditioning or temperature control equipment to ensure the temperature is maintained within the range recommended in the product instructions.

 

Avoid Direct Sunlight
Direct sunlight may cause the aerosol cans to overheat, increase internal pressure, and even cause an explosion. Therefore, warehouse windows should be equipped with sunshades, or a warehouse with good light protection should be chosen for storage.

 

Keep Dry
A humid environment may cause the aerosol cans to rust or corrode, thus affecting the quality and safety of the product. The warehouse should be equipped with dehumidification equipment, and the humidity should be checked regularly to ensure a dry environment.

 

Categorized Storage
Different types of insecticide aerosols should be stored separately to avoid chemical reactions. They should also be sorted according to their production date and expiration date to ensure first-in, first-out (FIFO) and prevent expired products.

 

Security Measures
The warehouse should be equipped with monitoring equipment and an alarm system to ensure product safety. In addition, warehouses should be inspected regularly to identify and address potential safety hazards in a timely manner.
